April 10 and 17 - taking donations for garage sale, 10 am to 3 pm at fire station

April 24 - Garage Sale 8 am to 4 pm at fire station

May 30 - Pancake Breakfast 7 am to 12 noon at Clubhouse

June 18 - Fish Fry 11 am to 7 pm at Clubhouse

July 11 - Pancake Breakfast 7:30 am to 11:30 am at Clubhouse

August 8 - Pancake Breakfast 7:30 am to 11:30 am at Clubhouse

September 4 - Ox Roast

October 9 - Open house 10 am to 3 pm at fire station

October 29 & 30 - Haunted Trail 8 pm to 11:30 pm

October 31 - Trick or Treat Hayride 6:00 pm

MONTHLY COMMISSION & COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Cordry Sweetwater Conservancy District (CSCD) Board meets the 3rd Tuesday at the Clubhouse at 7:00 p.m.

Ecology Commission meets the 1st Thursday at the Clubhouse at 7:30 p.m.

Roads Commission meets the 2nd Tuesday at the CSCD Office at 6:00 p.m.

Security Commission meets the 2nd Tuesday at the Clubhouse at 7:30 p.m.

Water Commission meets the 2nd Thursday at the CSCD Office at 6:30 p.m.

Building Commission meets the 1st Thursday at the Clubhouse at 6:00 p.m.

Cordry Sweetwater Lot Owners Association (CSLOA) meets the 4th Thursday at the Clubhouse at 7:00 p.m.

FIREWORKS display is held the Saturday following July 4th at Sweetwater Beach

OX ROAST is held on the Saturday of Labor Day week-end

HAUNTED TRAIL is held the Saturday before Halloween at Sweetwater Beach

TRICK OR TREAT HAYRIDE through the area is held on October 31st

FISH TOURNAMENTS hosted by the Anglers’ Club are held April - September
